Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital Camera "sync" Questions

Panasonic DMC-TZ25 does not sync pictures with computer anymore it synced perfectely for a year until recently when the computer does not even acknowledge the camera.I tried the solutions mentioned in

flash & shutter are not in sync I had the same problem. I set my ISO to 800 and its seems to work fine now. Shots with and without the flash are much better.
