surround sound problems

only speaker outlet that is working is the one labeled (SL- & SL+) could you please give me some advice or maybe send some schematics so that I might give it a try? I,m no expert but with some guidance I might be able to tackle the problem. Thanks more...

no output at the speaker connections coming out of the back of the unit except for (SL- & SL+). So I was looking for Schematics and some insight as to what may be causing this problem if you could possibly help? Roy Sorry Robotek didn`t mean to dis you more...
