Ricoh Aficio SP C411DN Laser Printer "change toner" Questions

I HAVE CHANGED THE TONER CARTRIDGE AND THE SIGN TO ADD TONER IS STILL ON I have changed the toner cartridge and the sign to add toner is still on.
