Canon PIXMA MP160 All-In-One Printer "e4 alarm" Questions

E4 and the alarm light is lit...Any suggestions? I also cannot seem to get the ink cartirdges to move.....they appear to be stuck in the cradles at the lft side of the printer... Hi there It just that
