Acer n311 Pocket PC diplay

not able to turn on my hp ipaq hw6965

my ipaq with bluetooth to syncronise it with pc .But when i installed an update for windows it has gone into serial mode and diplayong on screen "SERIAL" on top of screen,then in middle "h/p" logo yhen at bottom "G v 3.9" and not able to get out more...
