finds them but cannot heal, make a note of the file that has the trojan and then search for the file and delete it manually.
Ensure after the trojans are deleted that you tuirn system restore back on more...

I am playing online mmorpg my screen will suddenly dissolve into into a mess of small geometrical patterns and freeze. I have to reboot manually.
