not let me put in an address or postcode. When I turn it on everything is OK, the map comes up etc etc. when I try and program a destination it just freezes. It doesn't matter whether its a favourite or new address. It will work more...

reload it from the backup. If not....well, there's a loop. TomTom doesn't support it, will give you a number for a local rep who will point you back to Toyota who in turn will point you back to TomTom. Best bet (what I'm trying more...

with my laptop, I disconnected the two and now I can't turn it off using the power button on the top, I have laptop and then it switches on again.
