Motorola A1200 resetting

will not run at all. I have reinstalled Active sync and upgraded to 4.5 -- my wife's Ipaq still syncs perfectly. I have tried resetting several times and even took the battery out overnight, but still no difference. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks Barry more...
