Sony BRAVIA KDL-40S2000 40 in. LCD HDTV "tv blank press remote picture" Questions

TV will go blank. It doesn't turn off, but there is no picture until I turn it off and turn it back on. This happens about 30% of the time. Any thoughts? Probably need a software upgrade. Contact Sony
