Dell Axim X51v Pocket PC "clean" Questions

Axim X5 Align Screen Loop The PDA won't get out of the align screen. It loops for days. I've tried soft/hard reboots, updated the ROM, upgraded to Windows 2003, still in a loop. Any other suggestions?
