You will have to increase the referesh rate first and then go into the game and reset the resolution. The resolution bit is secondary. If increasing the refresh rate works, then you dont have to change the resolution :) more...

First change the referesh rate for your monitor. If that works, then you dont have to change the resolution. If that does not work, try increasing the rate again. Once you can get the game, then try to change the resolution from within more...
