Microsoft Xbox Console "loose wire controller" Questions

the game Everytime my son tries to play a game the controller disconnects and pauses the game. if its wireless try changing the batteries, if its wired get a new controller because the wiring is loose

problem with mine was the controller wires were loose from being wrapped tightly around the controller while not in use. Try pugging in a new controller or one you know does not have issues. Good luck
