XM. I do have an acitve subscription. Retailer of unit told me that they are familiar with this however Alpine says it is a software issue wiht no fic currently available. Seems to only effect newer Alpine units. Help! more...

you are going to have to either torrent or buy image converting software. shouldnt cost very much but might be a litle hard to find. i wish my deck was that fancy to have pictures. hope you more...
