Frigidaire PLMV169DC Microwave Oven "humming shut" Questions

humming sound with the door shut and will blow the fuse. I replaced the fuse and have to leave it unplugged or leave the door open. It takes about 10 t0 15 seconds to blow the fuse if I shut the door.
