DISH satalite receiver. A few weeks ago I would come in and notice a black pop up box in the middle of the screen (takes up most of the screen). A message is on the pop up that reads:
dish, hook it straight to your tv, and see if you can change channels, and get a picture on low band...2 thru 6, and then if not, how about any picture above channel 6, if you get picture on 2 thru 13
