what am I doing wrong? Try using a bottle brush and cleaning out the residue from coffee grinding. Coffee grinds build up because of the oils in the beans. I clean mine twice a week and it works great

clean the bean chamber? Do yourself a favor and got the right kind of grinder for the coffee you drink. If you have a dry coffee use a grinder. High oils in some coffee need the blade type of grinder.
