reset Problem - Nikon Speedlight SB-600 TTL Flash
Same problem as you are experiencing. If I find a solution, I will post here. I have tried resetiing, changing types of batteries, all to no avail....

flash, except maybe for old studio flashes. Vivitar 283 (older versions) is ~200V rated, and much lower on newer versions. It should work. try resetting the sb600 by pushing "on/off" and "mode" buttons simultaneously for several seconds...

the exact same thing. I used Nikon's online support service and this is the response I got: "I would try doing the 2 button reset on the flash and then see if that helps. Also disconnect any battery packs you may have connected especially if its a third party ...

sb-600 seems to work fine, the lcd is on and I can change setting etc but the READY light never comes on, I have reset the unit and also tried fresh batteries, nothing! Please help! Does anyone out there still fix flashes? Or would I have to send it ...
