Neovo F-417 17" LCD Monitor "auto adjust" Questions

Auto adjustment. An annoying problem I can't seem to solve. Once in a while my monitor feels it is time for an automatic 'auto adjustment'. Sometimes for more then an hour, sometimes for several days.
