...change your settings to the way you want color to be spent. I 've bought already 2 Magenta Cartiages but it always says X on it. whats the problem. Office Max don't replace it any
cartiage in it along with all ink is brand new. I have tried to take it out and replace several times and I still get the same message. I made sure lid was down tight and it still wont print and keeps
