remove & take out service station, check any objects in service station movement, remove motor clean entire unit with water you can find out lot of ink inside & too dirty clean it allow to dry

Remove service station clean with forced water, allow it to dry, apply silicon grease for smooth movement, fix it back.. test it..I hope this exercise will resolves you issue.. but its too dirty work,
