canon printer pixma4500, diag LED canon printer pixma4500, diag Printer status says incorrect or faulty print head.
Have installed a new print head - no change, same problem.
Any ideas.

Hi, I haven't used my Canon S330 printer for some months, and when I plugged tried removing the cartridges and the print head and carefully cleaning the print head, without any change. Can you suggest something else?
