It sounds like you got some errant code infecting one of your files that is run at startup. You COULD try to disable each "Non-essential" startup one at a time but that might take a LONG.... time depending on all the startups in the startup folder, and registry, and more...
fine. i bought a new usb cable and it does the same thing. i calledgateway and the tech told me to cear the non essential programs from the startup menu, which i did and it still does it. this is the only devise on the computer and i have more...
