you can only change it by replacing it with a PCI or AGP etc graphic card ,make sure you dis able the onboard card more...

Try removing all pci ,agp cards and power plugs from cd's, 2nd drives etc,if it spins up cpu fan refit minimum- grapics,1x ram, to post, if still no go-- more...
