"SMART" something. After doing this, run the laptop on battery all the way down until it shuts itself off, then plug it in and recharge it fully, and then continue as normal. UNINSTALLING the power management program from CONTROL PANEL -> ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS should also work. Good luck... more...
