my mp470 canon printer keeps telling me the the paper output slot is jammed but there is no paper in it. What to do? paper sensor is clogged; blow some air into both input and output paper slots.

is jammed. Clear the paper and press OK' I have check both the input and output slots and there is no paper. install again the cd installer of your printer... there something wrong with the software..
