I have an estate washer model#etw4400xq0 it will not operate on cold water cycle it will not fill with cold water on wash or rinse cylce its usually the cold water solenoid not doing its job.
Estate washer will not fill u-p after it spins to go to rinse cycle. check the drain hose ... make sure it is not too far down the stand pipe it should only be about 4" down the pipe...hope it helps
