I strongly recommend u to continue installation with Power Cord only( AC power supply ) not with Battery....

remove power supply nd battery, should allow you normal boot up....

hi, have you checked the power adapter, if the output voltages are ok then remove the laptop ... battery and then try to power on, let me know...
