It's as if the text or whatever has slipped down and repeated itself in grey. We recently installed recycyled print cartridges and a new photoconductor - is it that that has caused the problem. It's particulary bad on glossy labels which is a real shame because i'm trying to more...

The same problem seems to happen on Dell printers that use the same photoconductor unit. Sanding the ribs on iside of cover clears it as does warping the cover under heat to bend it away from the drum. more...
