working on windows XP. When i connect the scanner, it is detected as Astra 3400 by thee windows. When i click on the scanner preview it is not showing anything. I dont have the cd with me. Pleaase help me out. more...

Same problem. My EPSON 1670 Photo makes the scanning action but doesn't show any preview or image after its run. I solved the problem three or four times uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner, but it seems doesn't work any more...

No image The Scanner seems to work: the scanning light moves up and down. But there is no preview image.
I have tried restarting the computer, but does not help.
How do I troubleshoot the problem?
