fax machine does not work in the school it was bought to be used in. It works on the home phone but not on the school phone. The school line may be a digital phone network, it would not be compatible.

fax machine is concerned, it is receiving an analog signal because Comcast's box provides it. I think IMHO some people complain it doesn't work because it's something different like network congestion
