National Geographic 76AZ (525 x 76mm) Telescope "reflector focusing" Questions

Telescope will not focus. It seems like the focus adjuster won't go in far enough. Some reflectors like yours cannot be used with certain eyepieces because of a lack of in-focus adjustment.
