2006 Citroen C2 1.6 "jeep fog lights working" Questions

Fog Lights Won't Work Put in new head lights and fog lights...but new fog lights won't work. Put back in old fog lights and they don't work either now. check fuse 19 in the fuse blocks under the hood.
