through adobe, but not my 35 mm slides, which is why i bought the scanner. I also did the install, uninstall, website, reinstall, even updated my usb port from intel. no help. I think i'll go back to epson, slow, but it worked. more...
box comes up that says image data cannot be obtained (or something very like this). Been through all the possible solutions including downloading updated driver from Veho website. Any ideas please?

are compatible with a certain unit especially if its newer model/ version. If you're laptop is bit older of its age. You need to update and upgrade some of your'e devices and update them to make it will function well.if your'e installation CD is for Windows XP SP2 and more...

You could checkout ACER for driver updates also.
