Xerox WorkCentre XE80 Laser Printer "e2 paper jam" Questions

assembly part number 084K18470. Powered up the printer and the error e2-3 will not clear. E2-3 is paper jam at tray 3 check paper path as paper exits this tray. -Carl, please let me know if this helps
