, wiring under rear fender shorted out. Is it easier to remove rear whelk or rear fender to fixit? IMO, it's easier to remove the rear wheel/tire than it is the rear fender.

rear fender Wiring under rear fender has shorted out, to fix it. is it better to remove rear tire or rear wheel? If you remove the rear wheel the tire will come with it.
