almost 6 years. now neither one shows video...or the video is grossly distorted...adjusting the tracking up or down doesnt help...audio is perfect. all other features...programming display etc. is perfect...has the head[s] gone bad...if so can they be replaced...do you sell the parts...is there some other part thats gone out more...
