freeview Oops I should add what I have tried: in the instruction manual it tells you to go in to the DTV menu to reset to factory default but when you press the DTV menu just a blank screen comes up. NO menu there. I am sure it is more...

tray out physically move little laser reader head to the right. Unplug the unit. and plug back in with the tray out. This will reset the head. Try a few times moving gently. It worked for me. more...
