Kenwood DDX7017 Car DVD Player "demostration mode" Questions

...to get it off demostration mode cd will not eject only thing i can find out on your dvd player you should press the rest button when the unit fails to work proper it reset it back to factory ...

the eject button on the screen says when i press the eject button, on the screen says demostration mode active connot eject the cd. how can i take that out? i have the same problem. have you fixed it?
