Sir/madam, This sounds like convergence trouble.Try doing a autoconvergence in your customer menu.If this doesn't correct the problem,call customer service.Is it under warranty?If not will recommend a
sir/madam, first - try the volume on the TV itself, just in case the volume buttons on the remote aren't working. Also make sure there are no audio cables plugged into the jacks on the back of the TV.
