Husqvarna Chain Saw Models 51, 55 "chainsaws leak gas" Questions

...and in use gas leaks out when using the chainsaw. sounds like you have a cracked fuel tank or stripped out gas cap I found that the leak was through the air vent system. Haven't found a solution

55 leaks gas from cap just installed new one still leaks most cahin saws have a plastick tank witch splits under presher,, its most likely the tank leaking but it may be a fule line if you lucky

Oil leaks out of chainsaw when stored thats not uncomon mine leaks as well,,if your going to store it away drain the oil tank dry first

leak gas? There is a tank vent that should only flow "in" if this vent is faulty it could leak. If the fuel cap is faulty this could be the leak. Lastly, the fuel lines could be leaking. Clean the saw
