Sony KV-27S42 27" TV "stand mode fix" Questions

stand by mode sony tv when turned on it just stays in standby mode.What is the solution to fix it. try replacing the power supply board

stand-by mode or not in stand-by. If when you used to turn it off there was a red light though not flashing, then that means it is in stand-by so in that mode your remote works on some older sets work
