Capt Delo to turn off the demo mode on model 32af42 toshiba tv you can either press recall,exit or power buttons / if this fails enter the menu screen go to the setup menu highlight demo select stop

demo mode try and turn off from demo mode and it will function properly.. It might be on your remote or the menu in the tv..Reseting tv sometimes stop the mode..Hope this helps and have a great night/
