starts caps key and other lights glow
but after ward no other button functions
only pressing function key the light of function key glows more...

Try setting the buttons to "generic" in SetPoint and then assign fuctions via the game support a mouse will give you options to program
or assign specific functions to various buttons on the mouse. These
