have to open the case , (unplug the combo) try to open the dvd part , reach the lens and using a little cotton cleaning softly the little ' eye ' you can sense that it moves , close everithing, try to read a dvd o cd   delfo more...

sound. Best taken apart and cleaned manually with rubbing alchol but not advisable if you are not experienced due to high voltage and if cleaning improperly you can damage the unit worse. Good Luck more...
