RCA RS2652 Shelf System "cd player cds stuck wont" Questions

...take it back and they'll give you a new one and Cd's. Hoping this "solution' will be applicable to the disappointing performance of our RCA cd player model # RS2764, which worked for one week

CDs. After closing, tray immediately opens again and displays "Take CD out". Cycles through trays and gets stuck. If you sure that the system supports the disc's format.. And it won't play other discs
