Toshiba TN61X81 61" Rear Projection Television "teeth white" Questions

and it has a Problem with the picture theres red letters behind the white , it like the colors are stretched, theres red eye above the real eyes and same with the teeth area, what could be the problem

white on peoples teeth is black most of the time andthe picture is not clear HI, thank you for visit fixya. Common problem on this set . Picture tube liquid is dirty. Mostly in crt green and crt blue.
