Toshiba SD-43HTS System "play prohibited dvd" Questions

play of title 15 prohibited" After unit displays the FBI warnings, it then gives text of "Program play of title 15 prohibited", locks up and finally goes back to the blank screen. Tried numerouw DVD's

play prohibited Unit was working fine with all discs. Went to change a disc and got message that program play prohibited. The disc would load and reach the point of play then the message would appear.

I have got ht-txq 120 hometeather and when I insert DVD-R it says "Play prohibited". Why can't this player play dvd cd's?! Is it set to restrict any adult/violent content? Check the setup.
