cant unlock ps3 from japan to play bluray pal cant play bluray ps3 from japan try to clean the slot and the disk

disk...then why does Bluray games work? It must be some other problem....... The last time I heard, That there was some regional code unlocker disk that we can get to purchase and get the disk to work
