Proscan PS52650 52" Rear Projection Television "ps52652" Questions

I have a PS52652 and i cant get the display to move to the center of the screen. it is off the left of the screen Go inside the menu and manually adjust H/V position in the picture settings.

We have lost the power cord to plug into our Proscan TV model: PS52652 chassis: PTK169PDBS. where can we find a cord to purchase? Check with techs that repair these sets or any tech. If they cant find
