Zenith C27A24T 27" TV "wrong television wont switch" Questions

certain channels wont program. channels 1-17 will programbut 18 thru 50 won't program tv in wrong antenna mode. switch mode in menu

input 7 wont switch from 4-3 ratio to 16-9 ratio it may not be able to design wise or something is wrong, I think this is the type of problem you let go or live with.
